Agreement between User and Omega
Omega World Travel, Inc., Omega World Travel ®, hereinafter,
(“Omega”) owns and operates this Internet web site known as
MegaRez Online. MegaRez Online is a functional Internet web site and domain
named branded and wholly owned by Omega. This agreement sets
out the terms and conditions of services made available or described in
this site between you, (“User”) and the owner of the site,
Omega. This agreement limits the liability of Omega and describes some
of your responsibilities. Before requesting any service or making any
purchase through this site or with Omega, read this agreement carefully.
By using this site, accessing any services through this site or making
a purchase with Omega, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and
conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and
conditions, you must not use this site or make a purchase through Omega

or third parities performance, including but not limited to airlines,
rental car agencies, hotels, cruise companies and tour companies. Omega
acts as an independent agent only and has no control or influence over
the performance of the service providers.
Miscellaneous
This Internet site may provide links or references to other sites, but
Omega has no responsibility for the content of such other sites and shall
not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content. Any
links to other sites are provided merely as a convenience to the Users
of this Internet site. Omega does not regularly review materials posted
on the sites to which it is linked and Omega does not necessarily endorse
all of the materials appearing on such linked sites. Any decision to view
any of the linked sites is at the viewer's own risk.
The carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo will be subject to the terms
and conditions contained in the service provider’s agreements. Other

to become aware of or comply with any travel or User rules, restrictions,
or regulations. User agrees to hold Omega harmless from any liability,
loss, cost or damage that may occur for failure of User to comply with
any service provider or travel rules, restrictions, or regulations.
Jurisdiction and Venue
By visiting Omega, or by making travel arrangements through Omega World
Travel, Inc or on this site, you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth
of Virginia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern
these Conditions of Use. Jurisdiction and Venue shall lie in the Circuit
Court of Fairfax, County, Virginia in all disputes that may arise between
you and Omega or its affiliates.
Entire Agreement
This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated
herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between Omega
and User relating to the subject matter hereof. This agreement may not
be altered or amended unless agreed to in writing by you and an authorized
representative of Omega.
Seller of Travel Registrations
Omega is registered as a Seller of Travel with the State of California
and the State of Nevada. Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute
approval by either the State of California or the State of Nevada.
