Will my MEGAREZ ONLINE password ever expire?
Typically passwords automatically expire when you first login to the MEGAREZ
ONLINE. This is so you can create your own password that’s easy
to remember. Please note all User Names and Passwords are case sensitive
in MegaRez.
I forgot my MEGAREZ ONLINE password. What do I do?
Simply click Forgot My Password on the Login page and enter the email
address used as your User Name. Your password will then be sent to the
email address listed in your profile. If you have never logged into the
MegaRez Online, contact the MegaRez Online administrator for your company.
Should I use MEGAREZ ONLINE to book all my business
trips?
You can book the majority of your business trips online using MEGAREZ
ONLINE. You may want to contact our travel agency at 866-450-0068 if you
are using a travel voucher, or need travel advice, or are booking a complex
international trip with multiple destinations.
What if I forget my password and the Forget My Password
link on the login page isn’t working?
Contact 866-450-0068 option #1 to book with an agent or option #2 to speak
with a technical support representative.
What if I need help navigating or booking on MEGAREZ
ONLINE?
You can access a tutorial on the Home page under Travel Tools?Making A
Reservation or you can access Help on the top toolbar. The Omega Online
Support Desk can also assist you with your online booking questions by
calling 866-450-0068, option #2.
What is required information in my User Profile
in order to complete a booking?
There are very few mandatory fields in your Profile for MegaRez Online.
However, those that are mandatory to complete a booking using the site
are legal name (first and last) as printed on your photo ID,
How do I update my User Profile?
Update your personal information and travel preferences under Profile.
Just select the appropriate link to view/modify your user profile and/or
personal information.
Do I have to contact the travel agency when I update
Profile online?
No, all changes made online to your user profile in Profile will automatically
synchronize with the profiles used by the travel agency.
Booking on MEGAREZ ONLINE
When is my booking made on MEGAREZ ONLINE actually
ticketed?
After you book online, our travel agency reviews the booking
and issues the ticket. You will receive a confirmation email from the
travel agency once the ticket is issued.
How do I know our travel agency has received my
online booking?
Your Reservation Complete page and email confirmation will indicate that
your booking has been made. That information includes a Record Locator
that you can provide to the travel agent in the event that you should
need to follow-up with them at any point.
Are the fares and rates shown online guaranteed?
While your airfare is not guaranteed, the rates you see on MEGAREZ ONLINE
are typically the same rates that our travel agency will see. However,
no fare is guaranteed until actually ticketed.
If our travel agency books a trip for me, will I
be able to see it online in MEGAREZ ONLINE?
You will be able to view all previous online bookings in My Trips, and
you can also view reservations made by the agency over the phone by clicking
on My Trips using the Record Locator provided by the agency.
How do I cancel or change an online booking?
Call our travel agency at 866-450-0068 to speak with an agent.
How do I handle a refund for an online booking?
If you have an unused ticket, it is important that you notify our travel
agency at 866-450-0068 so that they may obtain a refund if applicable.
How do I access airplane seat maps to choose my
seats?
Once your flight choices have been made, you will automatically be taken
to Seat Selection for all the flights in your itinerary. There’s
a key for the types of seats available. Premium seats are only available
for qualified travelers.
Will MEGAREZ ONLINE automatically upgrade me or
my travelers based on their Frequent Flyer status?
With AIRLINE, you can now request upgrades online. If that option is not
available or for other airlines, you will need to contact our travel agency
or the airline directly.
How do I easily find a hotel at my destination?
Searching hotels is easy on MEGAREZ ONLINE. You can search by Hotel Address,
Zip Code, Name, Chain, Reference Points, Preferred Properties and Airport
or Downtown locations. Reference points allow you to search for hotels
close to company locations, convention centers or airports. You can also
search for hotels based on the proximity of hotels to a specific location
as well as those closest to selected airports.
What should I do if a hotel is sold out?
The hotel will display with the indication that the property is sold out.
You can select another hotel by clicking the Back Button.
Where do I find the hotel confirmation number?
Upon completion of an online booking, most hotels will provide a confirmation
number that will appear on the Reservation Complete page or on the itinerary
shown in VIRTUALLY THERE.
How do I add a hotel or rental car to an online
reservation?
It’s best to book your air, hotel and rental car before you confirm
and purchase your itinerary online. However, you can add to your existing
booking using the MegaRez Online site. If you are experiencing difficulty,
please contact an Omega agent at 866-450-0068.
How do I access and display a booking that I have
already made online?
Click on My Trips. It lists all your previous reservations booked online,
including past, present and cancelled trips.
I frequently travel to the same destination, stay
in the same hotel and rent the same car. Is there an easy way to book
this trip?
Yes, you can create a Trip Template from any current or previous booking.
Then you can access your Trip Templates from My Trips?Reservation Tools?Trip
Templates and simply enter your new dates of travel and then confirm the
final itinerary.
What if I travel into one city and return from another
city? Can I book that online using MEGAREZ ONLINE?
Yes, simply select Multiple Destination under Trip Type on the Begin Search
page. Indicate whether you “will fly” or “don’t
need transportation” to the various cities required for your trip.

What documentation will get me through the security
checkpoints?
In addition to a photo ID, you will need to have a boarding pass issued
at the ticket counter to get thru security. Check with our travel agency
if you have any questions about the procedures or documentation needed
especially if you are traveling international.
Travel Arrangers
How can an arranger book a trip for a traveler?
Travel arrangers will need to make any bookings over the phone with an
Omega World Travel agent. These bookings can not currently be made via
MegaRez.
